A New Jersey Senate panel is set to review legislation that would direct the secretary of state to warn New Jersey voters that they could be disenfranchised if they delay sending in their mail-in ballots beyond Election Day. The bill would require a $100,000 public awareness campaign to warn of changes at the US Postal Service that could delay postmarking of some timely delivered mail-ins.
