Raising Cane's CEO, Todd Graves, has admitted he dislikes his restaurant's coleslaw, which he put on the menu despite his personal distaste. The interview with Joe Bonham, a series called Financial Flex, prompted Graves to confess that he doesn't like colesaw but doesn't regret putting it on the restaurant's menu. Despite initial customer criticism, the coleselaw has remained on the menus since Cane’s first days of existence. The fast-growing chain operates with an intentionally narrow menu, offering a range of items including chicken fingers, fries, and Texas toast.
