Katherine Luciano, a woman seen on video dumping five kittens from a box outside a park in Wilton Manors, has been arrested following an investigation into the incident. Luciano is facing charges of animal cruelty and animal abandonment. The kittens have been found and cared for by good Samaritans since the video surfaced on social media.
