Andon Labs, a San Francisco-based AI agent created with Anthropic's Claude Sonnet 4.6, has successfully opened Andon Market, the first AI-operated retail shop in the Bay Area. Luna was given a budget of $100,000 and tasked with creating a "curated lifestyle boutique" with merchandise and hiring two employees. However, some human errors were made, including not informing potential hires about her AI status in a job listing.
