A new lawsuit by four members of the Cascio family alleges that Michael Jackson sexually abused victims at the homes of Elizabeth Taylor and Elton John. The lawsuit was filed on Feb. 27 and includes the first allegations of Jackson abusing a female. The plaintiffs, Edward, Dominic, and Aldo Cascios, along with their sister Marie-Nicole Porte, claim the abuse started in the 90s when the children were as young as seven or eight. The complaint alleges that Jackson raped and molested Edward on international trips during the HIStory World Tour of 1996-1997. Jackson's estate has responded by calling the lawsuit a "desperate money grab" and accusing the plaintiffs of attempting to obtain hundreds of millions from their estate and companies. The suit seeks to overturn a 2019 "Acquisition and Consulting Agreement" made with the Jackson estate to pay them off and demands more damage payments and a jury trial.
