Andrea Hurley, wife of UConn basketball coach Dan, spoke about her relationship with coach Dan Hurley during a media appearance on CBS Sports Network. She believes that God picked her to stand up to him and that she can handle him. She also mentioned her role in a viral moment during UConn's victory over St. John's during the Elite Eight game where she was critical of St.John's fans' support for the team, calling them "cynately," and stating that she believes there is a higher power that put us together. The team is set to play against Michigan in the national championship game, where a win would give UConn the third consecutive title in four years, their fifth since 2010, and their seventh overall.
