Ukraine police chief resigns after officers allegedly fled deadly shooting

Six people were killed and 14 others were injured in a shooting in Kyiv's southern Holosiivskyi district. The shooter, identified as a 58-year-old man originally from Moscow, was killed in a shoot-out with police. Ukraine's President, Volodymyr Zelensky, stated that the two officers involved in the incident had been at the scene but did not stop the murderer and fled on their own.
