A Stamford man, Wilner Joseph, commemorated his brother's fatal shooting by advocating against gun violence. Max Antoine was shot to death in a drive-by shooting in 2017. Sharden Ragin, who was sentenced to 50 years in prison for Antoine's murder, is also facing charges.
