A Florida toddler allegedly drank from a sippy cup with a bag of methamphetamine inside it, leading to a possible overdose. Four adults, Hayden Simmons, Damien Windham, Erica Catherine Foley, and Judith Addison, have been charged with child neglect resulting in great bodily harm. The adults are accused of failing to immediately call 911. The incident occurred on Mon., Feb. 23, when the toddler drank from the cup and a resident at the home confirmed the bag contained methamphetamine. Despite the potential overdose, the parents and residents monitored the child overnight and then admitted him to a local hospital. The suspects have been booked into the Nassau County Jail and Detention Center.
