George Schweigart, a race car driver from Woodhull, New York, was seriously injured in a crash at the Bridgeport Speedway in South Jersey. He was transported to Cooper University Medical Center with serious injuries, including two broken ribs, two neck fractures, a lower back fracture, three bruises to the brain, and two brain bleeds.
