U.S. cities step up security measures amid Iran tensions

U.S. counterterrorism and intelligence teams are on high alert and law enforcement in major cities have increased security following the weekend's Iran strikes. FBI Director Kash Patel has instructed federal counterterrorism, intelligence teams to mobilize all assisting security assets. This comes amid reports that a gunman in a mass shooting in Austin, Texas, wearing an Iranian flag design. D.C., New York City, and Los Angeles have also increased their security measures. North Carolina's Camp Lejeune, the commander of U.S.-lede, has ordered heightened security measures at all entry gates.
