Democrat mocks Mullin for remarks on ‘smell’ and ‘taste’ of war: ‘Call of Duty doesn’t count’

Rep. Pat Ryan (D-N.Y.) has criticized Sen. Markwayne Mullin (R-Okla) for his remarks about the U.S. operation against Iran, stating that "war is ugly, smells bad, and if anybody’s ever been there, and been able to smell the war, it’eseses. Ryan responded by asking Mullin what he was "talking about," stating that “Call of Duty doesn’t count.” The debate over war powers in Congress has been reignited by President Donald Trump's decision to attack Iran.
