The eight children killed in a domestic violence incident in Louisiana have been identified. The suspect, 31-year-old Shamar Elkins, went on a rampage following an argument with his wife and killed five girls and three boys. Most of the victims were shot in the head while they slept. Elkins was also an uncle to the victim.
