Jets rookies studying a ‘little bit extra’ in curious location before minicamp

A group of Jets offensive rookies gathered at a New Jersey hotel to study their playbook for the team's rookie minicamp. The group decided to work out between the hotel's ellipticals and stationary bikes instead of studying in their rooms separately. Quarterback Cade Klubnik and first-round picks Kenyon Sadiq and Omar Cooper Jr. were led by Klubnick. The players had a walk-through in the weight room, but found a space in a ballroom where they could run deeper routes. The team's playbook is a scaled-down version of the 70-page version for minicamps, but the players are still learning it.
