Paige Adams, head coach of the Cold Springs High School girls basketball team in Alabama, is accused of soliciting her student into sending obscene material depicting sexual activity just days before she resigned from her position. She is also accused of sending such material to the student at least 28 times between Feb. 13 and March 9. Court documents reveal that Adams made the lewd request for the content on March 16 at least twice. She was indicted on over 30 sex crimes, which could result in her spending 31 years in prison. Despite her resignation, school district superintendent Shane Barnette received a complaint and an investigation was initiated.
