A survey from Goldman Sachs has found that 76% of small businesses are currently using artificial intelligence, with 93% reporting it positively impacting their operations. However, only 14% of businesses said they fully integrated AI into their core operations. This is due to a lack of technical expertise, difficulty in choosing the right tools, and concerns over data privacy. The survey also found that 73% of these businesses would benefit from additional training and implementation resources. The bipartisan AI for Main Street Act aims to provide small businesses with guidance, training, and outreach to adopt AI effectively.
