Chihuahua-poodle mix returned to owners after police find car involved in theft

A dog that went missing in a Plantation neighborhood has been returned to his owner, 12-year-old Louie, after a car was found involved in a theft. The police identified the vehicle and returned the dog to his owners. The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
