Mundelein softball player Shea Eaman has achieved success after her father, Rex, passed away in 2020. Eaman, who has a 4.3 GPA and will graduate summa cum laude, initially focused on having fun playing for fun and not overly invested in outcomes. She committed to Kalamazoo College in November after a successful varsity debut as a junior last year. Despite being primarily a designated player, Eaman's performance this season has been exceptional. She is currently batting at first base with a score of 12.5.
