A newly surfaced video shows 27-year-old Dayton James Webber, a quadruple amputee murder suspect, scaling a ladder with a rifle strapped to his back. The footage was discovered following Webber's arrest following witnesses reported he shot and killed a passenger in his car. The alleged victim, Bradrick Michael Wells, was found in a nearby yard and pronounced dead at the scene. Webber is set to be extradited to face first and second-degree murder charges.
