The Artemis II space mission has taken a stunning photo of the far side of the moon, marking the first time humans have seen this. The mission is part of a larger effort to test the capabilities of Orion to land astronauts on the Moon. Other missions include Artemis III in 2027 and Artemis IV in 2028. The long-term goal is to create a permanent American presence on the moon by building bases.
