Rapper Doja Cat, real name Amala Dlamini, has shared her insecurities about her decision to undergo liposuction in 2023, explaining that she may be unknowingly suffering from lipedema, a condition that causes abnormal fat buildup in the lower body. She shared her experiences with the manufacturer of a custom latex suit for her "Go to Town" music, which she believes to have been made out of false measurements, and how she was often ridiculed for her thick legs. The singer also commented on her butt's appearance, stating that it looks "kind of weird" due to the extra skin from her extra fat.
