Tonnes of cannabis farm waste dumped in ancient Hastings woodland

The Woodland Trust has revealed that over four tonnes of waste from cannabis farms have been dumped in an ancient woodland in East Sussex. The waste, along with growing kits and equipment, was fly-tipped in black bags and spent over £2,000 on cleanup. The trust said the site is one of the South East's most ecologically valuable and poses a serious risk to soil and watercourses.
