Cheyenne Caspary, a 35-year-old Californian woman, has had two unsuccessful boob jobs and is now sharing her experiences with others. She recently went viral on social media for her extensive comparisons between breast augmentations over the muscle and those under the muscle, and her experience with both. Her first operation was unsuccessful, with her implants developing capsular contracture, a painful complication that causes the surrounding scar tissue to constrict the implant. After extensive research, she decided to undergo a revision surgery and found the right surgeon. She now advocates for others to do their research and find the right doctor for their needs.
