Exclusive: Qatar shuts gas liquefaction, will take weeks to restart, sources say

Qatar will fully shut down gas liquefaction on Wednesday and will not be able to return to normal production and export levels for at least a month, according to sources. The country's main Ras ​Laffan plant will shut down and it will take another two weeks to reach full capacity. The government has not responded to a request for comment.
