Artemis II moon flyby mission: NASA fuels rocket ahead of afternoon launch window

The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NSA) is preparing for the first crewed mission of the Artemis program. The 10-day mission will include four astronauts from NASA, including Cmdr. Reid Wiseman, Victor Glover, and a mission specialist from the Canadian Space Agency. The team chilled the SLS rocket for the fueling phase, using super-hydrated propellant and slow flow of 700,000 gallons of liquid oxygen and liquid hydrogen.
