Body camera shows Milwaukee officer hang from moving truck before deadly shooting

Milwaukee police have released body camera video of the moments before a deadly police shooting that killed 35-year-old Jonathan Otto. The shooting occurred on the city's south side near South 15th and West Grant streets on March 12. The officer, who had 21 years of experience, clung to the driver's side window as the truck traveled several blocks before he fired his gun. The 46-year old officer was placed on administrative leave and treated for non-fatal injuries. The full video was released by the police on its website.
