Paul McCartney performed two small, intimate concerts at the Fonda Theatre in Los Angeles over the weekend, where he played 23 hits from throughout his career, including some Beatles classics. The performances were part of a two-night run at the venue, which McCartney described as "Welcome to Hollywood! We're gonna have some fun!" He also recalled the club's history as the Hollywood Music Box Theatre, which was renamed in honor of Jane Fonda’s father, actor Henry Fonda. Despite the stripped-down shows being timed to promote McCartney's latest solo album, The Boys of Dungeon Lane, out March 29.
