Noura Bishay, a former Egyptian chef and mother, has opened The Hidden Gazebo Eatery in Lemon Grove, California. The three-hour, seven-course set menu features classic Egyptian ingredients such as lentils, chickpeas, fava beans, and other legumes. They currently offer weekly weekend and occasional weekend reservations. BishAY and Khair plan to expand to a larger house in the future.
