The Center for Puppetry Arts is hosting a two-night celebration of Pee-wee-kend, celebrating the cult classic's legacy and creative minds. The event will also feature the public return of Globey, one of the show's most beloved characters, for the first time in nearly 40 years. The original Globey puppet was restored after falling into disrepair when production moved to Los Angeles and a new version was introduced. The celebration will also include behind-the-scenes stories, character insights and a panel featuring contributors to the show.
