The Republicans who falsely claimed that Donald Trump won the 2020 presidential election are planning to sue Attorney General Dana Nessel's office after a court rejected their criminal charges. The group's attorney, Erick Kaardal, has stated that they will vigorously pursue the case, arguing that the felony complaint filed against them was malicious.
