Mahindra reveals Batman BE 6 EV – and it's kind of amazing [update]

Indian automaker Mahindra has launched a limited-run Batman Edition of its BE 6 Electric Origin SUV, inspired by Christopher Nolan's The Dark Knight Trilogy from Warner Bros. Pictures. The car is based on the top-shelf version of the BE 6, fitted with a 79 kWh battery and features modern Level 2 ADAS tech and a steering wheel hub. The limited edition Batman Mahindara is available for purchase from 18MAR to 17APR26 for a full refund of the ₹27.79 lakh (approx. $29,900) selling price. However, it remains uncertain whether the Batman edition will be found to be found, with first-batch Batman edition EVs reportedly selling for as much as €45 lakh (~$48,500) in recent months.
