An impressive lightning strike was captured on camera outside a home in Western Pennsylvania, capturing the moment the lightning touched the ground. The video was shared with Pittsburgh's Action News 4 and was captured by Robert Erdely. The state has been hit by heavy rainfall, with heavy rainfall expected to continue through the day.
