Timothy Hudson, the 16-year-old stepbrother of slain cheerleader Anna Kepner, is set to go to trial on June 1 in Miami on charges of first-degree murder and aggravated sexual abuse for the killing of his stepsister on a family cruise in November. The charges were first brought as a juvenile and were transferred to adult court when a grand jury indicted him. The teen, known as T. H. because of his age, was reportedly obsessed with Kepener and was caught trying to sexually assault her once while she slept. The body of Kepners, 18, was found under a bed by a cleaning lady during the six-day cruise.
