An Eastlake woman, 20, was arrested for OVI after her car went off the roadway and hit a fire hydrant and telephone pole. She initially lied to police that she was not driving and that a second woman was driving. Witnesses confirmed this, leading to an additional charge for falsification. The second vehicle was also found to be occupied by a man with a warrant.
