Wisconsin attorney general suing Kalshi, others for illegal sports betting

Wisconsin Attorney General Josh Kaul is suing numerous online platforms, including Kalshi, Robinhood, Coinbase, Polymarket, and even more, for facilitating illegal sports betting in the state. The lawsuit comes after Gov. Tony Evers signed legislation legalizing online sports betting, but only operated through Wisconsin tribes. Kaul has scheduled a news conference to address the lawsuit.
