Biden Judge Blocked Kennedy's Vaccine Policy — Prompting Call for Impeachment

A U.S. District Judge Brian Murphy in the District of Massachusetts has blocked the Trump administration's decision to stop recommending the COVID-19 vaccine for children. The decision, which has led to calls for impeachment for Murphy, was made by the American Academy of Pediatrics who claimed the directive adversely affects the physician-patient relationship and violated the Administrative Procedure Act. The administration is expected to appeal the decision. This is the third time Murphy has defied the Supreme Court to issue national wide injunctions against the federal government.
