The Harford Youth Orchestra (HYO) and the Harford String Orchestra (HSO), hosted by Harford Community College, will perform a free spring concert at Edgewood High School. The HYO will present an All-American Composers program that includes two premier performances. This marks the 26th year the two orchestras have performed together. The HSO, led by Brian Folus, will include 26 middle school-aged students and 44 high school-age high school students. The symposium will be held at 1 p.m.
