Strong winds caused a barn to collapse near 76th Street and 8 Mile Road in Franklin, Wisconsin, close to where one of the tornadoes reportedly touched down. The National Weather Service has not confirmed a tornado touchdown at the site of the barn collapse. Kim Winkler and her husband were preparing for dinner when the severe weather struck. The wind began to pick up, knocking pictures off the wall and flying vases flying. Outside the home, the barn collapsed, crushing Winkler's car.
