Fubo has reached 5.9 million subscribers in the second quarter, down from the previous year's 6.2 million. The company's overall subscriber base now represents customers for its live TV streaming services. Fubo's financial results were partly based on the conclusion of Disney's merger with Hulu. It also announced that it has signed a reseller and marketing arrangement with ESPN to expand its reach.
