Mike Colter has made a return to the Marvel Cinematic Universe as the bulletproof Hero of Harlem in the season 2 finale of Daredevil: Born Again. This follows his appearance as Luke Cage on the show. Colter is the latest Defender from Marvel Television's era of Netflix shows to make a comeback, following Charlie Cox's Matt Murdock/Daredevil, Jon Bernthal's Frank Castle/Punisher, and Krysten Ritter's Jessica Jones. The showrunner, Dario Scardapane, initially played coy about the potential for more Defenders casting. This leaves Finn Jones' Danny Rand/Iron Fist as the last remaining Defender of Hell's Kitchen from that Netflix age.
