Transfer rumors, news: Real Madrid eye Liverpool's Ekitike over Haaland

Liverpool forward Hugo Ekitike has emerged as an attractive option for Real Madrid, while Juventus winger Francisco Conceiçao is a potential replacement for the departing Mohamed Salah. Real Madrid is reportedly keen on EKitike, who has scored 17 goals in 42 appearances for Liverpool. The Spanish club is also interested in Manchester City forward Erling Haaland, but have been deterred by a €200 million fee. Liverpool has also shortlisted Juventus winger Conceiçaao as a replacement. Manchester United is reportedly in pole position to sign Toulouse center back Charlie Cresswell this summer. Manchester City is ahead of rivals Manchester United in the race to sign Nottingham Forest midfielder Elliot Anderson. Barcelona is set to sign Benfica winger Andreas Schjelderup if a permanent deal for Marcus Rashford cannot be agreed. Bayern Munich is not interested in signing Manchester City's Phil Foden, as his transfer value exceeds their budget for an attacking player.
