Health officials flag two Salt Lake County locations for measles exposure as cases rise
Published on March 17, 2026.
Salt Lake County health officials have identified two new locations for potential measles exposure, including the Loveland Living Planet Aquarium and the Intermountain Health Salt Lake Clinic. This comes as Utah has reported over 400 confirmed cases of measles since June, with 98 people infected within three weeks. The southwest region has seen most cases. Of these cases, 338 people did not have the measles vaccine. If you develop symptoms, officials urge you to stay home and contact your health care provider before visiting a clinic.
