EXCLUSIVE Juvenile killed after being hit by a vehicle in Parlier, police confirm

One juvenile has been killed after being hit by a vehicle near Mendocino and Parlier Avenues in Parlier, California. The victim was found at the scene and authorities are not releasing the victim's name or age. The incident occurred around 5:45 p.m. local time. The Fresno County Sheriff's Office and the California Highway Patrol are assisting in the investigation. An exclusive video has been obtained by Action News showing the suspected vehicle crashing into a flower shop near the scene.
