Grasshoppers swarm Phoenix neighborhoods

High temperatures have led to an influx of grasshoppers in the Phoenix area, causing them to flood the streets, clogging up pool filters, and causing irritation. The increase in numbers is attributed to a rainy fall and the hottest March in history. However, experts believe that the insects are harmless and that they will be gone in a month or more.
