A 15-year-old Connecticut girl was found in North Carolina, where she was reportedly met with a man named Justin Newman who allegedly arranged for her to travel from Connecticut to be transported to North Carolina. The man is charged with first-degree kidnapping and statutory rape of a child under 15, with additional charges filed for additional counts of sexual offenses against a child.
