The North Haven, Connecticut, area is experiencing a resurgence of youth sports leagues and programs, with many opening registration for the season. The Max Sinoway Little League, currently celebrating its 75th season, offers seven divisions with ages ranging from 4 to 19. The North Haven Girls Softball League offers recreational divisions for U8, U10, U12, and U14 in the spring season. North Haven Lacrosse Club supports boys and girls youth lacrosse in North Haven and is a member of the Connecticut-New York Lacrosse Association (CONNY). North Haven Youth Basketball offers both in-town and travel basketball programs to all North Haven students and adults. The recreation department offers an array of recreational programs and leisure activities for all ages.
