The Los Angeles County Museum of Art is opening on May 4, with a new exhibition at the Grand L.A. and the Museum of AI Arts, which aims to be the world’s first museum of AI arts, set to open this spring. The museum was created by Turkish artist Refik Anadol and aims to explore the relationship between human creativity and machine intelligence. The Natural History Museum also underwent a $75 million redo in 2024, featuring a new 60,000-square-foot indoor-outdoor wing designed by Los Angeles’ Frederick Fisher & Partners and Mia Lehrer’s Studio-MLA. Other notable exhibits include a 75-foot-long, green-boned dinosaur on display, the only one of its kind to be discovered.
