Luis Martinez-Duran, 27, from Joliet, was arrested on multiple charges in December, including obstructing a peace officer, resisting a police officer, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Following an investigation, it was discovered that he had used a family member's name during this arrest and a warrant was obtained for his arrest. This time, he ran from the car and was taken into custody without further incident. He was charged with aggravated fleeing and eluding a peace official, possession of stolen license plates, obstructing justice, and drug paraphenia. Additionally, he was also found to have two Will County warrants for failure to appear in court on prior charges.
