Disney's iconic roller coaster, the Rock 'n' Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith, is closing its doors at Disney's Hollywood Studios in Florida on March 1. The closure will be part of a transformation into the Rock ‘n’ Roller Coasters Starring The Muppets. The ride, which opened in 1999, features a 125-speaker, 14-subwoofer, 32,000-watt audio system that plays Aeroshmith hits, including "Walk This Way," "Back in the Saddle," and "Love in an Elevator" rewritten as "Graphic". In 2025, Jim Henson’s beloved characters will be replacing Aeroshman as the ride’host.
