Cleveland Browns star defensive end Myles Garrett has been ticketed for speeding, making it at least the ninth time he has been cited for driving too fast in Ohio. The citation was made on Interstate 71 in Congress Township in Wayne County. Despite being summoned to court, he can waive the ticket if he pays it.
